Delivery across Kenya
Choose your preferred delivery or collection method during checkout. A valid mobile number is required so we can confirm the order and coordinate delivery.
Available methods
- Free delivery: available when the merchandise subtotal is KSh 20,000 or more.
- Nairobi CBD delivery: KSh 100.
- Nairobi rider delivery: from KSh 300. We will call if the destination requires an adjustment.
- Pickup Mtaani: KSh 140 for eligible small items within Nairobi and environs; payment is made in advance.
- Countrywide parcel delivery: from KSh 300. Payment is made in advance and we will confirm any adjustment.
- Local pickup: free collection from our Nairobi pickup point after your order is confirmed.
Delivery confirmation
Times depend on seller preparation, destination and the selected carrier. Keep your phone available after ordering. Do not travel to a pickup point until you receive confirmation that the order is ready.
